When parts and molds are brought into China, they are subject to high tariff rates.
To avoid tariffs, an option would be to request Chinese companies to handle the production;
however, this may cause some uncertainties for many customers.
At Enomoto, production is carried out in China from the parts processing stage, so there is no tariff, and we can significantly reduce the costs.
In addition, Enomoto provides thorough education and training to the Chinese staff in Japan and has established a system to ensure that all of the processes can be performed by the Chinese staff.
As a result, we have succeeded in simultaneously achieving cost reduction and quality maintenance.
